KD-Living began with a simple frustration. Too many vulnerable people were being placed into accommodation that was unsafe, temporary or isolating. We set out to do it differently, taking on properties one at a time from private landlords, restoring them properly, and supplying them to social housing providers and councils who could place residents with care.
Today we manage apartments, houses and HMOs from our London base, working alongside local authorities, registered social housing providers, supported living providers, supported accommodation providers and independent landlords across the UK. Our scale has grown and our standards haven't moved.
We remain an attentive team. Every partner and landlord we work with has a name and a number, not a case file.
